Pasūtīšanas un piegādes noteikumi

1. Lai izveidot pasūtījumu:
1.1. - Izvēlieties jūs interesējošo(-os) produktu(-us) no mūsu kataloga vai nosūtiet to(-s) mums.

1.3. - Ja vēlaties ātrāku pasūtīšanas procesu, lūdzu, sazinieties ar mūsu pārdošanas speciālistu.

1.4. - Tiklīdz saņemsim jūsu pasūtījuma pieprasījumu, mēs nekavējoties sagatavosim jums pielāgotu informāciju par - produkta pieejamību, loģistikas un cenu iespējām.

2. Apmaksas noteikumi:
2.1. — Pieņemtais maksājuma veids ir bankas pārskaitījums. Lūdzu, pārliecinieties, ka visi maksājumi tiek veikti, izmantojot šo metodi, lai nodrošinātu netraucētu un privātu darījumu.

2.2. — Pēc pasūtījuma un piegādes apstiprināšanas tiks ģenerēts priekšapmaksas rēķins. Prece tiks pasūtīta vai piegādāta tikai pēc tam, kad būsim saņēmuši jūsu maksājuma apstiprinājumu. Detalizētus piegādes nosacījumus skatiet mūsu vadlīnijās.

2.3. — Pēc rēķina saņemšanas mēs sagatavosim preces nosūtīšanai un organizēsim piegādi.

2.4. — Noslēdzot B2B (uzņēmums uzņēmumam) līgumu, jūs varat pagarināt maksājuma termiņu līdz 7 dienu pārskaitījuma periodam. Turpmākajiem pasūtījumiem šo periodu var pagarināt līdz 30 dienām.

3. Delivery terms.
We organize reliable, flexible delivery using Incoterms DAP (Delivered at Place) — we handle transport to your specified location (risk/cost on us until arrival). Costs & times quoted upfront at order confirmation.

3.1 Delivery Options Choose your preferred method — standard (economy) or express worldwide.

• Courier Delivery (DAP): Door-to-door via trusted partners (FedEx, UPS, DHL, Venipak). Express: 1-3 days (EU/UK), Economy: 3-7 days (global). Pallet freight available. Availability: EU + 200+ countries (USA, Canada, Australia, etc.) Details: Tracking provided; duties on buyer.

• Self-Pickup: Collect at our warehouse — free & fast! Sales manager notifies when ready.
  Availability: Latvia only Hours: Mon-Fri: 9:00-19:00, Must schedule visit before pickup.

• Technician Delivery: Coordinated with service visit — seamless for installs.
  Availability: On request - Sales manager aligns timing

3.2 Order delivery options in the territory of Latvia, Estonia, Lithuania:

3.2.1 - Special Baltic Options (LT/EE/LV) Parcel Terminals/Courier: Itella SmartPOST, Omniva, Venipak, DPD, Latvijas Pasts.
Next-day to terminals (excl. Sundays).

  • itella SmartPOST : parcel terminal or courier delivery - Your parcel is safe at any weather conditions Smartpost terminals are always located inside premises; it prevents packages from outside temperature fluctuations that could harm the quality of package content.
  • Omniva : parcel terminal or courier delivery - The shipment arrives at the destination parcel on the day following the shipment until the "Pickup" time, except Sundays.
  • Venipak : parcel terminal or courier delivery- Venipak Pickup points - these are stores and service centers available in convenient locations, where you can both deliver and receive a shipment.
  • DPD : parcel terminal or courier delivery- Pickup point network is an alternative package delivery for individuals. The network of DPD Pickup points for receiving parcels combines more than 200 Parcel locker locations.

  
  3.2.2. - At order making specify the exact location for pickup of given location to a parcel terminal or courier delivery and desired service provider.
  3.2.3.- When a customer orders by parcel delivery, they will receive a notification confirming that their order has been dispatched.
  3.2.4. - When a customer orders delivery with a courier, they will receive a tracking code for their order, allowing them to monitor its status throughout the delivery process and change delivery time if necessary.

3.3 Delivery of orders outside the territory of Latvia:

3.3.1 - Delivery within EU countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden.

3.3.2 - When choosing delivery, a shipping fee is charged regardless of the weight, amount or size of the order.
• When delivering orders via courier companies, the order fee is calculated based on the weight and size of the order.


3.4 International delivery and customs clearance:
• FedEx : Customs inspects and regulates every shipment. Be proactive with these resources for shipping overseas or across borders.
• Venipak Global : International shipment transportation services covering more than 212 countries of the world. When providing the service, there is cooperation with globally recognized partners, which allows us to ensure a smooth shipping process, carry out customs procedures, and also gives us all the opportunities to offer different services.
